Bob Kamler (KD7SBY) passed. Bob was a nice guy who really enjoyed some of the activities we do up here in the Prescott area. I first met Bob one day while he was working on a house next door to me here in Prescott and he introduced himself and noticed the antennas at my place. He said he was having trouble programming an ADI 2m radio and asked if I may be able to help him with it. I, of course agreed and had it programmed with the frequencies he wanted in it by the time he left that day. He was a some what frequent visitor on the 147.220 repeater when he could get a signal into it from where he was at the time, Sun City area, west Phoenix. I attached a couple of digital images of Bob on one of our outings on Willow Lake that he really got a kick out of. He always wanted to make it back up here for another kayak trip but he never made it, too bad. His health just got to be so bad he was admitted to hospice and he passed away in Phoenix at 8:30 AM on August 4th 2008. I will miss Bob as Ham Radio was a big part of his life as his ailments allowed little else. 73, your pal, Steve KC7TIL
